22 Phoenix Place, Monday morning
Oct. 20th, 2014 02:08 pmHannibal frowned down at the lump barely visible under the electric blanket. "You are behaving worse than Joni," he told it. "She is already downstairs and eating."
The lump didn't move.
Hannibal pursed his lips and brought out the big guns. "I will do many things for you. Carrying you downstairs to quicken the trip is one of them. Feeding you in bed is not, nor is leaving raw meat out to spoil. Now, I've made a very nice Beef Carpaccio. You can come out of there now, and I'll bring you to the dining room, or you can skip breakfast."
A tiny snake head peeked balefully out of the covers. If it were possible for a snake to look grumpy, he did.
Hannibal raised an eyebrow at him and held a hand out to him. "I'll even let you smell my coffee."
As he carried Jono downstairs, he spent half the time trying to work out which suit would clash least with the colors of his scales, and the other half wondering precisely how this had become his life.
He needed that coffee.
[OOC: Mostly just had to post this, but sure, it can be open; why not?]
