Gourmet suite at the Arms Hotel, Sunday
This was the most crowded Hannibal could recall being in quite some time. There were several children in the master bedroom, one of whom was apparently his, her other father in another bed in his room (yes, thank you, Angela, but they were not a couple here, and you could stop looking at them like that), and Jono's friends on the pull-out couch in the living room.
On the bright side, it was a built-in audience for breakfast. So Hannibal was brewing some excellent coffee while he worked as quietly as possible at cinnamon polenta pancakes, sweet potato & pork belly hash, rosemary grapefruit, thick-cut bacon, and toast from some very good, dense bread he had.
And mimosas for the adults. He had a feeling they still might need a drink.
[OOC: open to those who stayed the night and anyone with a need to drop by!]

She had gotten wise in the ways of finding out who random children belonged to over the years.

"Dad's over there," she said pointing vaguely in Jono's direction. "Mom's not here."
Mom was never around on these weekends. Weird.

"I'm sure she'll turn up," Karla said, more to be reassuring than out of any idea whether or not that was true. For all she knew, the little girl's mother might not even be on the island. "Now, help me out here. I'm having a silly day. What's your name, sweetheart?"

"Ah, Kathe, I knew it!" Karla said, smacking herself on her forehead. "My very favoritest Kathe I know!"

"Only Kathe," she said hopefully. "Right?"

"Only Kathe," Karla reassured her. "But even if I knew a millionty of them, you'd still be my very favoritest."
This wasn't endearing Kathe to Kayla any, but fortunately, she was involved with her Daddy at the moment.
