Hannibal's house, Saturday

Hannibal was up fairly early, but he wasn't cooking just yet - instead, he'd been indulging in a bit of uploading and photo-quality printing. He might not have a frame for it yet, but he could repurpose an existing one for the moment.

When Jono woke up and made it downstairs, he'd find a picture of them in their outfits from last night prominently displayed in the foyer. Surprise!

//Ah... is that I thing I do?// Jono blinked as he tripped along after her. He supposed Hannibal had made that a personal mission of his, but it was still... well, it was one hell of a thought, really.

//I'm afraid I haven't, no.//

Jono wasn't going to speculate that those few cells had probably burned away again by now. Mostly because Hannibal was right. They had managed it. It was something that he now knew he was physically capable of doing. With a lot of work. And some confidence that he still apparently lacked.

//No spoilers,// he said again, almost cheerfully. //I don't want to know the if and when. I'd rather have it be a surprise than a deadline.//

"No spoilers," Angela agreed cheerfully, going to hug Hannibal. "You still might not even be my parents," she said practically, "and then a deadline would just be mean. But I hope you do it anyway. I know you can, and my Dad seems a lot happier on days he's put together. Besides," she grinned up at Hannibal, "Father's cooking is not to be missed. Now, where would you like me to help?"
